NOCERA UMBRA: a bread tradition
The journey of Forno Nocera Umbra began in the 1930s. The bakery was already very much appreciated and loved in the local area, thanks to its simple but good traditions and to the men that passed on the art of bread making. This was certainly one of the reasons why Mauro Beddini decided to take over and expand the business. The idea of keeping the flame of passion alive – the smell of cereals, the smoothness of flour and the recipes of the past – has made Forno Nocera Umbra live on. Beddini’s vision and the support of the local community have made it possible to open three Forno Nocera Umbra bakery shops, and every day several outlets in Foligno and Nocera Umbra are timely supplied with our fresh products.
